Our returns process is as simple as 1, 2, 3...

General requirements for all returns; UK and International:

“All we ask” is you make the return within 28 days from the date of despatch and to ensure that your returned goods meet the following conditions:

  1. Item(s) are unused and in new condition.
  2. Have all tags and hygiene strips in place.
  3. Are all in original packaging.
  4. Have been tried on wearing underwear.
  5. Are clean and free of odours.

REFUND

  • Post your return using our return form. 

  • To expedite your Refund Request, email the bar-code from the Return Post Receipt to: support@swimdirect.com.

Once your return is received and meets “All we ask” requirements above, we will issue your full refund.

EXCHANGE

For the small cost of £4.60 paid directly to Collect+, you will have the convenience of posting a tracked parcel from over 5000 locations countrywide. International returns:

For the sole purpose of making a return, SwimShop negotiated with DHL, its international courier, a pass through of its discounted delivery rates to you, our valued customer.

Return for Faulty Item(s):

Again, the process is as simple as 1, 2, 3...

FAULTY ITEM(S)

  • Just remember that if something does not fit, that does not mean it is faulty. Different brands and designs fit differently... Just because, for example, you wear a 34” in Speedo does not always mean that a 34” Arena will fit the same. Please check the size and fit guides assigned to each brand for guidance on whether to a size up or down. Faulty, generally means, product malfunction or manufacturing error.

  • In the unlikely event that something you have purchased from us is faulty when it arrives then we will be happy to replace it for you. Please post the item back to us following the Returns for Exchange instructions (found on the previous page), but include the Returns Request form; included within your parcel or go online: www.swimshop.co.uk/returns-form to download and print.

Faulty Returns after 28 days:
  • If an item becomes faulty after 28 days from the despatch you may return it at your expense. SwimShop will do an initial inspection of the return to determine the nature of fault. If the item is found potentially faulty, it will be forwarded to the manufacturer for final disposition and replacement authorisation. If the item is found not to be faulty based on the manufacturing defect, it will be returned to you at your expense.

  • SwimShop is NOT responsible in any manner for presumed faulty returns posted 28 days on from the date of purchase.

  • Mechanical and Electronic items MUST always be returned to the manufacturer during the manufacturer’s warranty period.

  • In either of the above events please contact our Customer Service team via email only: support@swimdirect.com to arrange a return.

Please note that the following items are Non-returnable:

1. Ear Plugs, 2. Nose Clips, 3. Swimming Socks...

Once you have tried them on you own them. For hygiene purposes, EU Health Standards forbids the sale of such items if previously sold.
